At Livy&Kate Clothing, we want you to love every piece you purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
